Return & Refund Policy

you like to buy the stuff we build. We also want to make sure you have a

and conditions that apply to transactions at Dadhost Hosting Provider.
We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to
remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Dadhost
Hosting Provider, you agree to the terms set forth below along with

If there’s something wrong with the product/service you
bought, or if you are not happy with it, you have 1 month to issue a
refund and return your product/service.

Refunds

purchased via Online payment (not Cash on Delivery), then you will be
refunded once our team confirms your request.

transit. Please note that Dadhost Hosting Provider is not liable for
damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.
We
will revise your returned product as soon as we receive it and if it

refund of your purchase. Your refund may take a couple of days to
process but you will be notified when you receive your money.
Shipping
Dadhost
Hosting Provider is not responsible for return shipping costs. Every
shipping has to be paid by the customer, even if the item had free
shipping in the first place, the customer has to pay for the shipping in
return.

of download files like mp3, wallpaper download site, movies
downloading/streaming site or bot site under our hosting. All such sites
will be suspended by our server team without any prior notice
Don't Provide Free Hosting (For Reseller Users)
Don't
Use Any Loan Company Name (Aditya Birala Finance or Bajaj Finance Or
Any Other Finance Company Name ) In Subadomain or Don't Add Similar
Company Domain Name
Spam/Threats Website
Phishing Website
Email Marketing
IRC Scripts/Bots
Proxy Scripts/Anonymizers
Pirated Software/Warez
Image Hosting Scripts (similar to Photobucket or Tinypic)
Large collection of MP3 files and/or DVD/CD ISO Image Files
Prime Banks Programs
Lottery Sites
Forums and/or websites that distribute warez/pirated/illegal content
Fraudulent Sites (Including, but not limited to sites listed at aa419.org & escrow-fraud.com)
Adult Site
Push button mail scripts
Hacker focused sites/archives/programs

Dadhost Hosting Provider Does not issue any refund for domain orders
under any circumstances. mean Once the domain is registered it cant be
canceled or refunded.
3. Dadhost Hosting Provider issues refund only
30 days from the date of purchase thereafter no refund is applicable
under any circumstances.
4. Cancellation Process - You may terminate
or cancel the Services from the control panel. If you cancel the
Services, you are obligated to pay all fees and charges accrued prior to
the effectiveness of such cancellation. If you request to suspend or
cancel your customer account, your access to the control panel will be
suspended and you will not be able to access the billing system to renew
products or services or to update your account information. However,
you will continue to have access to use the Services purchased until the
end of your prepaid term.
4.Dadhost Hosting Provider Does not issue
any refund for Combo Plan orders or If any coupon code or Promo availed
Purchase Products under any circumstances.
Ex:- if you buys anything our website. We charge some amount to refund it money.
for example you purchase hosting for 1 year 500rs 500rs divided by 365days = 1.36rs
How much days you are used that will charge. Ex:- 55days user 55x1.36 = 40rs + service charge + gateway charge. And
Service Charges & Processing fee for Refund within the refund claim period on every plans 25% of Paid Amount.
5. Hosting Expired
Hosting
which expires and doesnt renew within 3 days from its expiry date will
be terminated completely . Deleted data cant be restorable in this case
and either through mail or call client will be informed .
Dadhost Hosting Provider will not be responsible if client doesnt able to check mail or recieve call regarding renewal.
6. WHMCS is not allowed shared hosting if we delected we will delete all your services and no refund and

7. If user have any technical issue with our server and we unable to resolve the issue.
8. No Refund on vps server plans- vps 1,2,3,4,5 and HOT LIte plans - 99 Shared Hosting, Special Reseller Hosting...
9. You can claim a refund only within 24 hours of the purchase or reneaw.

You cannot claim a refund for the following reasons (and not limited
to), After buying, you do not ‘like’ the Product. You do not have a
particular reason, but you do not like it. You ‘expected’ a
functionality or feature to be available in the Product and you feel it
is obvious. But you feel that it is missing. Your environment is not
compatible as per the requirements and because of that, there is a
Defect that does not allow the Product to be used. You have mistakenly
bought a wrong Product or License. You are finding it difficult to
understand how to use or customize the Product. You have violated the
license terms under which you have made the purchase. You have made
customizations to the code and an effect of it, the Product is not
behaving as expected. Due to non-functional-reasons, like response time
or throughput or any other similar parameters. You buy any product from
our website. You will get the code of the product which you have to
develop yourself, it is your responsibility. We can’t help you with
this.
11. Before going for a refund request, you should email and
describe the issue you have in detail. I should be given an opportunity
to resolve the issue.
